The department offers five specialized curricular tracks:<br \/>\n\u2013 Business Statistics for Management<br \/>\n\u2013 Industrial Statistics<br \/>\n\u2013 Biostatistics<br \/>\n\u2013 Actuarial Science<br \/>\n\u2013 Data Science<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><em>Innovative and Diversified Teaching Methods\uff1a<\/em><\/strong><\/span>A variety of teaching approaches are employed to enhance learning outcomes. These include distance education, online-to-offline (O2O) instruction, hands-on practical learning, and poster presentations to encourage active student engagement.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><em>Interdisciplinary Academia\u2013Industry Collaboration\uff1a<\/em><\/strong><\/span>We emphasize collaborative efforts between academia and industry, especially in the areas of research and data science. Our programs are designed to align theoretical knowledge with practical skills, fostering a dynamic learning environment that meets real-world demands.<\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Robust Cross-Cultural Exchange Opportunities\uff1a<\/strong><\/span><\/em> Students have access to international exchange programs with institutions such as <strong>Southwestern University of Finance and Economics<\/strong> and <strong>Xiamen University<\/strong> in the People\u2019s Republic of China.
